The Francisco Hitting System uses the most innovative and cutting edge drills to improve TECHNIQUE, STRENGTH, BAT SPEED, VISION, POWER, EXPLOSIVENESS and DYNAMIC MOVEMENT.

The program will consist of 2-hour 45 min sessions of the most intense hitting specific training ever seen on Long Island. Players will work personally with 

JOE FRANCISCO, CAM MARON and our highly trained PROFESSIONAL STAFF

Training in small groups of players in a HIGH INTENSE and SUPER COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT forcing them to COMPETE

against each other
